Homeworld:Pleione Australis
House Faith:Order Of The Golden Vale

House Background

The House of Richese became a Noble House by result of the First Count Enrique Richese's father-in-law Hinrilny Bresal 's death. Who without sons had written in his will that Enrique be named his heir provided Enrique adopted his daughters into a cadet-branch and quartered them. The result of this inheritance was that The House of Richese attained the status of nobility by combining the few holdings both families had. As a new Noble House they received generous funds from House Hug in the form of a donation and from House Boehm in the form of monthly gifts.

House Specializations

Richese specializes in Technology, especially decision and prediction making software, and production of electronics and other hardware. They also do some machining in which they cater more to special cases requiring custom orders.

Intra-House Politics

Currently due to the way Richese became a noble house the countess is required to cosign anything of significant importance and impact. What does and doesn't require the co-signature is not defined beyond vague examples. The provision made for inheritance of this co-signature specify that “When Countess Lefwen will be unable to continue to fulfil the role a binding Comital Assembly will be held to rule over the need of continuing the practice and if it is necessary who will inherit it.

A Comital Assembly is not binding unless it is explicitly specified that it is and even when binding the Count is still allowed to neglect a decision if utmost necessary. Before, in and between meetings of the assembly any member of it may ask the Count to answer or retrieve an answer to a question related to the topic at hand and useful for the discussion. When deemed that the discussion has come to a close a vote will be called wherein every member has one vote, except the count and those not present while not excused from appearing, those of an age of 16 or lower but still capable of participation and at least a decent understanding will not vote, with the exception being when no member decides to change their vote in order to create a majority(a number of votes equal or exceeding the total votes divided by two, one added and then rounded down.). If a tie still occurred it will be broken by the count.
